The City of Lakewood selected Signdealz to construct a new LED Monument sign for the Link Rec Center. The Link Rec Center is one of the largest rec centers in the City of Lakewood. The Link Recreation Center offers a 2000 sq. ft. indoor climbing gym, gymnastic center, and cardio and strength training area.
Signdealz worked was awarded the project through a competitive bidding process. The project consisted of running power to the sign location, removing the old sign, and installing the new sign, which included a illuminated top portion and a 2'H X 7'L 16MM Watchfire LED Sign. The proposed design was created by Doyle Smith from the City of Lakewood Building department.
Link Rec Center now has the capability to promote services and hours for everyone in the community. The rec center will utilize Watchfire's Ignite OPX software. This will enable the sign users to create, schedule, and deploy dynamic content for the display and share that content with other proposed rec centers in the City of Lakewood. The sign is connected to the OPX software using a cellular broadband antenna on the Verizon cellular network. Signdealz offers Lifetime 4G service with every digital sign we sell.
