Gilbert required wall signs and monuments on separate applications, so we split the submittals, released the monuments to fabrication first and kept the letters moving through permitting. Wireways were added by change order.
• Super Star Car Wash, Valencia Rd. at I-10, Tucson, AZ. Four illuminated channel letter sets, including two 7' x 15'9" sets and a 5' x 5'8" star logo, in a full site package. We secured Valencia Crossings design-review approval before the city permit and kept the permit active through more than a year of construction delays.

Do you handle the sign permit?

Yes. We prepare the permit drawings, get landlord sign-off, submit to the city, answer redlines and coordinate inspections. If the property has a sign plan or design-review board, we get that approval first.

Front-lit or halo-lit: which should we choose?

Front-lit letters read best at night from the road and usually cost less. Halo-lit letters give a softer look and need a solid wall behind them for the light to bounce off. We'll show both on your building elevation before you decide.

Do you fabricate the letters yourselves?

No. We're a sign brokerage and project manager. Vetted wholesale manufacturers build the letters and our installer network puts them up; your Signdealz project manager is responsible for the whole job, and the 5-year parts-and-labor warranty comes from us.
