1. Zoning and sign-code review. We start with your zone district, the City of Phoenix sign code, landlord sign criteria and any design-review standards, so the design we show you can be permitted.

2. Site survey. A technician measures the building, the sign locations and existing electrical. For ground signs we ask for your site plan or ALTA survey.

3. Design. We build proofs from your logo files and brand colors and convert colors to paint and vinyl specs. You approve the sign detail and elevation drawings.

4. Engineering. When the sign needs it, stamped engineering covers structure, attachment and wind load.

5. Landlord approval and permits. We get landlord sign-off, file the permit and answer city redlines.

6. Production. A manufacturer in our wholesale network builds the sign. We send you photos to approve before it ships.

7. Installation and inspections. We coordinate the install with your general contractor or electrician, plan any street or sidewalk closure, call in inspections and close out the project.

• Cobblestone Auto Wash, Thunderbird Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Two 20' x 13' double-sided illuminated monuments with an added tenant cabinet, a Watchfire 10 mm double-sided LED display (4' x 9' viewing area), and large illuminated logo cabinets on the building.
• Super Star Car Wash, W. Northern Ave., Phoenix, AZ. A full rebrand: two 7' x 15'9" logo channel letter sets, a 1'6" x 22'5¾" letter set, two 4' x 8'8" logo sets and a 54" x 146" reface of the existing sign cabinet, after removing the old wall and pylon signs.
• San Tan Motorplex, Gilbert, AZ. Replacement of the motorplex's roadside display with a Watchfire S Series 16 mm double-sided full-color LED display: a 10' x 24' cabinet with a 9' x 23' viewing area and 4G communication. We ran the survey and the City of Gilbert permit, removed the old boards and set the new display with two cranes in an active lot. Rain and wind pushed the install into a second day, and the crew came back and finished.
