Can you design the monument if we only have a logo?

Yes. We start from your logo and the site, prepare design proofs, and revise until you approve the drawing that goes to engineering and permitting.

What if the city says our sign is too big?

We review the code and the property's sign plan, then either revise the design to fit or pursue a sign-plan amendment or variance where it makes sense.

Can you add an LED message center to a monument?

Yes, in a new monument or as a retrofit into an existing one. We check the city's rules on brightness and message changes during permitting.
